Heating System
The heating system is activated by opening the gas control valve and safely igniting it with a lighter. Prepared kadaif trays are placed on metal grids.

Motorized Rotation
By switching on the main control switch (pako switch), the electric motor starts. The rotation speed can be adjusted as desired via the speed control unit.
