Single Valve Flour Bag Filling Packaging Machine

Turbine type valved bag filling machine is used for packaging medium and high density products into valved kraft-polyethylene bags. It offers the most suitable solution for packaging fine and ground products with medium and high density fluidity. The dosing system of valve filling machines can be of different types according to the properties of the bagged material. Once the bag is placed on the filling spout by the operator, all operations are automatic. Machine filling speed may vary depending on the density and fluidity of the product.
The pneumatic mechanism at the filling nozzle secures the bag. The system performs the bag filling process according to the set (target material) amount determined by the user. The mixture in the machine chamber is filled into the bag by the turbine drive and the air supplied into the chamber moves the mixture to be packaged in the chamber. Thanks to its electronic, loadcell-enabled weighing unit and fast/slow filling system, it continuously weighs precisely and also carries out the weighing process. It has a structure that adjusts the filling process according to the amount of weight to be packaged and thus performs precise filling, and it has a speed control system that slows down as the desired package weight is approached. For example, when we set a target filling of 25 kg, when it reaches 24,700 grams, the weighing slows down the flow rate of the tribune and achieves the filling with the highest precision.  Turbine teeth are made of Hardox material. There are also two speed regulation valves that control the air supplied into the chamber. After filling is completed, the bag automatically tips over onto the conveyor belt.
