Single Valve Flour Bag Filling Packaging Machine

The turbine type valve bag filling machine is used for packaging medium and high density products into valve kraft-polyethylene bags. It offers the most suitable solution for packaging fine and ground products with medium and high density flowability. The dosing system of valve filling machines can vary in different types according to the properties of the bagged material. All processes after the bag is attached to the filling mouth by the operator are automatic. The machine’s filling speed can vary depending on the density and flowability of the product.
The pneumatic mechanism at the filling mouth stabilizes the bag. The system performs the bag filling process according to the set (target material) amount determined by the user. The mixture in the machine’s hopper is filled into the bag by the turbine drive and the air supplied into the hopper moves the mixture to be packaged within the hopper. Thanks to the electronic loadcell feature weighing unit and fast/slow filling system, it continuously performs precise weighing while also carrying out the weighing process. It has a structure that adjusts the filling process according to the weight amount to be packaged, thus achieving precise filling, and it has a speed control system that slows down as the desired package weight is approached. For example, when we set a target filling of 25 Kg, it captures the filling with the highest precision by slowing down the flow rate of the weighing turbine when it reaches 24,700 grams. The turbine claws are made of Hardox material. Additionally, there are two speed adjustment valves that control the air supplied into the hopper. After the filling is completed, the bag automatically tips onto the conveyor belt.
