Sludge Pool Scraper
Sludge pool scrapers are used to collect the mud accumulated on the bottom of circular sludge pools in order to collect it into the central collection pit and to remove the foam, oil, and similar substances accumulated on the water surface.
The movement is transmitted to the bridge by the motor reducer group. Scraper blades push the mud into the collection pit by scanning the pool floor on polyamide wheels.
The bridge is made of hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, and all elements that remain in the water are made of stainless steel.
The product can also be designed and manufactured as a fixed bridge if desired. The system is economical, operates smoothly, and has a long service life.
Spare parts for the product are kept in stock at our facility.
