Product Description:It is an acrylic emulsion based, silicone added, white filled interior and exterior primer. It acts as a binding bridge between the paint and the surface and increases adhesion. It reduces paint consumption as it prevents the paint applied on it from being absorbed by the surface. It has very good covering and adherence power and saves time and labor.

Area of ​​Use:SS Interior-Exterior Universal Primer is used on all kinds of exposed concrete, aerated concrete, mdf, betopan, osb, briquette, brick, eternit, conventional plaster and similar mineral-based raw plaster surfaces, self-supporting old painted and putty applied surfaces. It prepares a solid ground for the final coat of paint and increases the covering power of the final coat of paint and ensures better adhesion.

Application Method:Loose dust and dirt on the surface should be cleaned with a brush and the surface should be clean and dry. Loose swollen paint on the surface should be cleaned, level irregularities on the surface should be filled with appropriate paste and sanded. All loose dust on the surface must be removed. On concrete, exposed concrete and newly plastered surfaces, the setting times (28 days) of cement-based plaster and repair materials must be observed. Old painted, very chalky, absorbent, weak etc. On loosely textured surfaces, the surface should be saturated with SS Binder Primer to strengthen the ground. The surface should be protected from frost during the primer application and drying periods. Application should not be made in rainy weather or on facades exposed to direct and intense sunlight. SS Interior-Exterior Universal Primer is diluted with 10-15% water by volume and applied to the surface in one layer with a roller, brush or airless. In application, care should be taken to ensure that the roll movements are in one direction.

Points to Consider in Application:

• Before use, the paint should be mixed in the box until it becomes homogeneous.

• Surface problems may occur in applications made in environments below 5 °C and above 35 °C.

• Application Layer thickness should not exceed 1 mm.

• Application surfaces must be dry and clean.

• Application should be made according to the specified application features.

• Do not apply under strong breeze and sunlight.

• 24 hours should pass between coat applications.
