Stone Separator Sieving Machine

The Stone Separator Machine is used to separate stones, foreign seeds, *soil, glass, etc. heavy particles from dry grain and legumes, which have the same size but different specific weights, that have been pre-cleaned and are best suited for optimal results. 

It is effective in all grain and legume products, as well as in seeds, cumin, and sesame. Thanks to its high vacuum feature, it has the ability to remove light trash and dust.

Working Principle of the Machine

The product taken to the waiting silo with the help of a postal elevator is poured into the main machine with the help of a vibro conveyor. The vibration created by the eccentric system and the air effect from below allows the seeds to be distinguished from stones and heavier foreign materials. 

There is a bagging channel for the bagging of the cleaned product.
