System machine suitable for offset and digital printing

Specifically designed for use in both offset and digital printing houses.

In offset mode, the papers at each station are mixed together and bound, in digital mode, mixed papers are pulled one by one

and collected before stitching, then bound.

Specially developed feeding system to properly pull deformed papers in digital printing

Uses 2 Deluxe or Hohner Stitching Heads.

All settings are fully automatic

Morgana 510 ACF series works online with mixing or offline with manual feeding.

Min document size: 120 x 210 mm

Max sheet count: 30 sheets 80 gr/m2 (120 pages)

Capacity: 3,000 brochures/hour

Morgana SQF 2000 spine cornering can be connected.

Additionally, optional side cutting attachment and cover for Cease unit options

In digital mode, mixed documents are placed in multiple stations.

When the paper runs out at one station, the automatic other pocket starts pulling; when a set is completed, the cover is fed from the cover station.
