The new AC Drive Unit REDARTI Coating rectifiers are equipped with a new AC power control unit. With this unit, rectifier failures are minimized and the efficiency and functions of the rectifier are increased. With the new AC drive unit, faults are prevented without causing damage. Therefore, it can be safely used even in the most difficult conditions. The new Drive system has the ability to operate simultaneously from both the remote control unit and the automation system. Besides the many built-in features, it is also open to additional features to be added over time. Timer With the timer in the operation program, working for the desired duration or continuously is ensured. In timed operation, the rectifier operates at the desired values and automatically stops at the end of the set time, warning the user when finished. In continuous operation, the process continues until the user stops the device. Amperes and Automatic Dosing REDARTI Coating rectifiers have the Amperes calculation feature. This provides the most reliable data on the total operating time of the bath. The coating process can be operated based on amperes instead of time. Once the operation is started, the output voltage is increased to zero and then returns to zero at the set interval. This process is repeated at set intervals.
