· Each carrier profile is specially mounted on the carrier chain with shaft connections from both sides.

· Turns are achieved with specially manufactured gears suitable for the chain structure.

· The roll – levent loading is designed to be done on a flat surface via a hydraulic lift. Loading and unloading are done from the same side.

· The chain transfer system will have automatic lubrication, and lubrication will be possible at desired intervals. Lubrication will be done with liquid oil in a dripping system on the pin joint.

      The machine has complete and intact danger and warning labels.

2-  Control System

In the PLC controlled control system; Each carrier shaft is identified in the system with its own number. Information about the roll – levent on that carrier is also recorded in the system in a receipt under this defined number. From the operator panel, the system operates in the direction that is most suitable for the turn to take the requested roll from the table, and when the requested roll reaches the unloading area in the shortest way, the system automatically stops and gives an alarm. Thus, the roll is taken with the least time and energy consumption.

At the same time, with the activation of the automatic lubrication system on the screen, the transfer organs will be lubricated at certain intervals.
