What is Trifon Induction Feeding Line?

The Trifon Induction Feeding Line heats the head part of the bolt during the manufacturing stage to 1000-1500 degrees using induction, and then it is pressed to achieve the desired shape. With this machine line, iron rods that come in bundles are first diluted in vibration. Then, they are lined up one by one using an elevator system. After that, the loading process onto the induction conveyor takes place one by one. The material heated by induction is automatically sent to two presses via the feeding line. This way, your complete production facility operates with minimal personnel.
