Tube Knitting Fabric Turning Machine

Kartaloğlu Machine is designed to reverse tube-shaped knitted fabrics before dyeing and shearing.
In this machine, the reversing process can be performed by carrying out two separate operations.
In the first operation, the fabric is stacked outside the stainless pipe in a vertical position with the help of a pulling roller. To allow the fabric to be easily stacked on the pipe, air is supplied at low speed from a fan inside the pipe. In the second operation, the fabric stacked on the pipe is passed through the inside of the pipe to perform the reversing process. After the reversing process, the fabric is transported to the pasting area via auxiliary rollers. To ensure that the fabric can operate in a tension-free environment, drives are made with motors operating with AC Inverter.
