UMS 600 Series Wire Rod Pay-Off

Hydraulic wire rod wire opener works with a hoist system, with a roller placed between two vertical columns with a suitable construction, a wire safety switch, and a chain collection in a bag that moves up and down.

In the system, the wire is attached to the spool and the wire rod is lifted to the highest point of the wire transmitter with the help of hoist and locked by a mechanical arm that can be controlled from below. In case the wire rod arrives mixed, the switch on the spool prevents the wire from breaking and any problems in the  wire drawing machine. The entire system is stopped.
