FILM MACHINE REEL OPENER

The hydraulic film machine wire opener operates with a chain collection system in a bag that moves up and down, placed between two vertical columns with a suitable construction, equipped with a roller and wire safety switch.

In the system, the wire is attached to the roller and is lifted to the highest point of the film wire transmitter with the help of a mechanical arm that can be controlled from below, and it is locked.

In case the film wire gets tangled, the entire system is stopped to prevent wire breakage and any problems in the wire pulling machine using the switch on the roller.
