Long cut pasta production line, produced in accordance with modular system and technology, is used for the production of long-cut pastas. As raw materials in long-cut pasta lines, water, semolina, or flour are used. With the equipment designed according to the purpose of the line, it ensures the production of spaghetti pasta in different lengths and thicknesses according to customers’ demands and needs. The management of the line is provided by the “PLC Control System”.
