Vertical Painting Robot

Our vertical axis painting robots operate on the principle of achieving a smooth spray on moving objects by moving the paint guns up and down at various speeds and stroke lengths.

The stroke lengths of the guns mounted on the extended arm of the carrier cart can be programmed according to the length of the material, while the stroke speeds can be programmed according to the speed of the conveyor. The robust sled of the carrier cart is driven by a chain timing belt or an endless gear with a servo motor (it can also be a gear motor). The movement of the motor is controlled by a PLC.
