DensPlus

|High capacity and long distance…

DensPlus dense phase pneumatic conveying (densveyor system) is the most suitable method for transporting difficult, abrasive materials and materials that do not want to break in grain size. It is also the most preferred system for applications requiring long distances and high carrying capacity.

The fact that the system uses less air per unit amount of material compared to other transportation methods allows transportation at low speeds in the system. In this way, there is very little wear on equipment and elbows in the dense phase transport system that can transport at low speed and low pressure. Thus, it has long-lasting working power with minimum maintenance.

Advantages

  • It can transport sensitive, fragile or corrosive materials without damage, at low speed and intensively.

  • It provides energy saving, ease of maintenance, long-distance carrying capacity and the ability to achieve multiple targets.

  • It reduces material loss, dust formation, pipe wear and environmental pollution.

  • It increases material quality, product efficiency and occupational safety.

Features

  • It sends the material collected in a pressurized container to the pipeline with compressed air.

  • The material travels at the bottom of the pipeline and does not mix with air.

  • When the material reaches the target point, the air and material are separated by a filter receiver or cyclone separator.

  • The system can operate continuously or intermittently using one or two containers.

Dense Phase

  • The dense phase conveying system is a pneumatic conveying method that uses lower air velocities (approximately 5 m/s to 10 m/s) than the dilute phase conveying system.

  • The Transported Material / Air Amount ratio is higher than other methods.

  • The material moves in blocks (slug flow) along the pipeline depending on its physical properties.

  • Although the air pressure requirement in classical type dense phase conveying systems is 5-6 bars, in the DensPlus dense phase conveying system the air pressure is between 2-3 bars. Thus, the advantages of low air pressure take effect throughout the entire system.
