SiloCone Bin Activator

SiloCone bin activator, manufactured by VOLDE, is used to ensure that materials with flow problems flow homogeneously from silos and bunkers. Such materials do not exhibit free flow due to factors such as caking, bridging, and segregation. The SiloCone bin activator is generally mounted under the silo and consists of a steel cone suspended with elastic connections. A vibration motor is mounted on this cone. When the motor is running, it causes the cone to vibrate, loosening the material to ensure flow. The purpose of SiloCone bin activator is to solve the clogging problem of powdery materials that tend to stick to the silo walls or have difficult flow. It also ensures continuous and reliable material flow, reduces downtime, and minimizes risks that may arise from manual intervention.
