Double Head PVC Corner Cutting Machine

The PVC Double Head Cutting Machine is a professional machine developed for cutting profiles of different lengths simultaneously with high precision in PVC cutting systems.
The double head structure of the machine allows synchronized cutting at both ends and significantly increases production speed.

The Ø550 mm diamond toothed saw system allows for the clean and burr-free cutting of two profiles simultaneously, extending 190 mm out from the profile.
The powerful 2.2 kW motor provides high-performance cutting in aluminum and PVC profiles.
The liquid spray cooling system extends the life of the blade and helps achieve a smooth result on the surface.

There is a minimum cutting range of 420 mm and a maximum of 4000 mm between the double heads.
Additionally, thanks to the drive system, cutting of long profiles up to 8500 mm can be done automatically.
The machine offers ease of use with a PLC-based fully automated system and a control panel with a touch LCD screen.

The pneumatic vice system ensures vibration-free and error-free cutting by securing the profiles.
Thanks to the profile slicing feature, multiple cuts of the same size can be made, which significantly reduces production time.
