Box Type Electrostatic Powder Coating Oven
General Features

Manufactured in a disassembled state by being mounted on a chassis in sandwich panel form with a box type oven.

The inner part of the baking oven is made of 1.2mm Galvanized steel, and the outer part is made of 1.2mm ST 37 Painted Sheet.

The outer sheet of the oven is coated with electrostatic powder paint, increasing corrosion resistance.

The baking oven panels are insulated with 150mm insulation material as standard.

The inner part of the oven panels is insulated with 50mm Rock Wool, and the outer part is insulated with 200mm compressed glass wool.

Due to this insulation feature in the baking oven, heat losses do not exceed (+ – 10) degrees above the ambient temperature.

This way, our baking ovens consume less fuel and do not overheat the working environment.

There is a radiant type fan that provides air circulation inside the baking oven, and thanks to the air channels extending along the oven and the vents placed on the channels, a homogeneous heat distribution is achieved inside the oven.

Heat control is done via a thermocouple placed inside the oven.

Box Type Ovens automatically signal when they reach the desired temperature and can be adjusted from 0 – 230 °C via the digital clock on the heat control panel.

Heating Unit
The Heating Unit (Thermoblock) is designed based on maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption.
The Heating Unit (Thermoblock) mounted on the back of the oven can raise the oven temperature up to +250 °C from the ambient temperature.
The Heating Unit is made of 310 quality stainless steel material and is resistant up to 1450 °C.
The Heating Unit (Thermoblock) is placed inside the combustion chamber and is insulated with 150mm rock wool and glass wool.
There is an intervention cover against malfunctions of the Heating Unit (Thermoblock) in the combustion chamber.
The distribution of heat into the oven is provided by circulation fans in the combustion chamber.
