2200-7000 Kw Duoblok Gas + Diesel Burner

BRÜLÖR CC (L) 801 AGP is a dual-fuel (natural gas and diesel) burner with a duoblok structure developed for medium and high-capacity industrial heating and process applications. With a capacity range of 2200 kW to 7000 kW, it offers strong, stable, and reliable combustion performance for large industrial boilers, hot oil systems, and continuously operating facilities. The duoblok design provides high air flow, flexible installation, and precise combustion control by separately positioning the fan and burner unit. It is fully compatible with industrial natural gas infrastructures at a gas pressure of 300 mbar.

Equipped with the GPO-SMO control system, the CC (L) 801 AGP operates with pneumatic proportional control in gas mode and mechanical proportional control in liquid fuel (diesel) mode. Pneumatic proportional control in natural gas ensures stable combustion by balancing the fuel-air mixture under variable load conditions. The mechanical proportional system in diesel usage offers reliable performance under challenging industrial conditions with its robust structure and long-lasting operational characteristics.

The model can also be offered with the GEO-SEO control option according to different process requirements. In the GEO-SEO system, electronic proportional control is provided in both gas and diesel modes. This option offers higher efficiency, stable combustion, and optimized fuel consumption advantages in applications requiring precise temperature and process control.
