GENERAL OPERATING PRINCIPLES

• The dimensions to be cut are entered from the optimization program or the computer on the machine.

• Loading can be done using a belt loading machine.

• Automatic glass transfer is made from the loading machine to the cutting table.

• The plate moves automatically for the first cut.

• Glass and PVB thicknesses are read automatically.

• The machine sets all cutting parameters itself.

• Automatic Cutting Cycle (Cutting-breaking-PVB separation) is provided by the machine.

• The glass piece at the back is automatically retracted so that the cut piece can be rotated and continued cutting.

• The cut piece is automatically rotated on the table and brought to the new size cut.

• All cutting is fully automatic, with operator support only needed to authorize some commands.
