Özem Makina Cardboard Filtered Electrostatic Wet Painting Cabin
Paper/cardboard filtered wet painting cabins are the cabins where paint is applied in wet painting facilities or manual wet painting applications, and the overspray particles generated inside are exhausted using fine porous paper/cardboard filters.
These cabins, frequently used in different sectors, perform the mentioned filtering process with fine porous paper/cardboard.
They provide advantages in terms of reducing the usage time compared to water curtain wet painting systems and decreasing the amount of paint sprayed additionally.
In this system, the excess sprayed waste paint is directed to the pre-filter by being held within the airflow that is attempted to be expelled to the outside environment through the exhaust fan. While solid particles are filtered here, the waste air is released into the open air via a fan.
In water curtain wet painting cabins, the sprayed paint falls into the water, while in these dry filter systems, the sprayed paint falls onto the paper filter.
If the paint material used in wet painting cabins is solvent-based, materials with explosion-proof properties are used in electrical and electric motor components.
Since it does not use a water pool, there are no operating costs related to it. As the sprayed paint does not fall into the water, there are no operating costs and problems related to the accumulation of paint in the water. It does not require maintenance for a longer period compared to water curtain systems.
We manufacture our wet painting cabins, designed with a high-quality understanding, considering high efficiency and environmental sensitivity. Production in standard sizes and custom sizes according to customer demand is possible.
