GENERAL FEATURES

• PRODUCES HOT WATER IN A SMALL VOLUME AND IN A SHORT TIME.
  Thanks to the large heating surfaces placed inside the US type boiler, which has a smaller volume compared to classic boilers, it produces hot water in a short time. Its small volume occupies less space.
• HAS REMOVABLE FLAT TUBE HEATING ELEMENTS.
  Regardless of the type of material it is coated with (glazed); over time, especially the heating element surfaces can accumulate scale and hinder heat transfer. The heating elements may need to be removed and cleaned. In fact, over time, the heating elements may need to be replaced. The REMOVABLE HEATING ELEMENT BOILER allows for this.
• RESISTANT TO RUST AND HYGIENIC.
  Upon request, the entire boiler can be manufactured from stainless steel or dipped in hot galvanized bath. Therefore, there is no possibility of rust. Since heating is done homogeneously throughout the boiler and the water is heated up to 60°C, there are no cold spots that would produce germs.
• ECONOMICAL. DOES NOT WASTE UNNECESSARY ENERGY.
  Due to its small volume (the small outer surface) and being covered with thick insulation material, energy loss is almost negligible compared to classic boilers.
• RESISTANT TO HIGH PRESSURES. NO RISK OF EXPLOSION.
  The hot water side is resistant to 10 bars and the heating fluid side to 12 bars. It can be manufactured for even higher pressures if desired.
• DIFFERENT HEATING FLUIDS CAN BE USED IN THE SAME BOILER.
  Heating fluids such as heating water, hot water, steam, and hot oil can be used.

It is an ideal hot water producer for apartments, hotels, laundries, industrial facilities using hot water, and similar establishments.
