• To provide efficient storage, grain products need to have their temperatures monitored, reported, and continuously recorded. This is because organisms like mold, insects, and rodents that thrive in high temperatures can cause the stored product to decay over time, leading to a decrease in product quality. The heat generated by the decay is a visible value for our system.
Thanks to the EE-BTC-01 Silo Temperature Control System, the temperature data obtained allows necessary interventions to be made without the products suffering from decay or spoilage.
• Our system provides communication via Modbus – RTU (RS-485).
• It can be connected to PLC – SCADA systems.
• The device offers easy connection capability for ease of installation.

On the device;
• 1 piece of 220V AC Power Connector (POWER)
• 2 pieces of RS-485 (IN/OUT) input and output units Connector (RS-485 COMPORT)
• It has 10 Rope Connection Connectors (L1-L2-L3-L4-L5-L6-L7-L8-L9-L10).
• Addressing the device is done by accessing the device box.
• Up to 31 device numbers can be assigned.
